Sweep or blow off debris a few times a season so it does not break down in the joints. Rinse with a hose when it needs it.
Once a year, check the joint sand. If it has washed low in spots, sweep in fresh sand and mist it so it settles. Full joints keep weeds out and pavers locked.
Sealing is optional. It deepens the color and makes stains easier to clean, but an unsealed patio built on a proper base will last just as long.
If a paver ever shifts or stains, call us. Individual pavers can be lifted, cleaned, or swapped without touching the rest of the patio.
